Project management is key to ensuring a successful completion of your project.  dot ensures all aspects of your fit-out are addressed and carried out. .  Your project manager, assigned at the start of the project, to become a one-point contact for duration of the fit-out, will have an intimate knowledge of what needs to be done.

As a central point of control, we ensure all parties are within the communication loop, to minimise your core business downtime.  We remove the necessity for you to communicate with many different contractors during the process of the fit-out, including liaising with:
